Thank you for shopping with Plethora Jewelry. Each piece is handcrafted and packaged with care. This policy explains how we process, ship, and handle your order.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 7–10 business days after payment is received.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time; estimated production windows are listed on individual product pages.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Plethora Jewelry currently ships only within the continental United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and delivery location.
Standard shipping generally arrives within 3–7 business days once dispatched. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $75 USD (before tax and after discounts).
If you live outside of the continental United States, please contact us on Instagram (@plethorajewelry_chs) or email order.plethora@gmail.com to set up a custom parcel and direct order.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after the label is created.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is scanned by the shipping carrier, Plethora Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at order.plethora@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
